Our doctor has had a distinguished academic and clinical career for which he has received national and international recognition. During this time he has received many honors including the Academic Fellowship of the Commonwealth Universities, visiting professorships at the universities in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, East Africa, and UK. He has the singular honour of being a Teaching Fellow of the Imperial College of Science, Medicine and Technology.

He has served as the founding professor and chairman of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Aga Khan University. His clinical expertise lies in Urogynaecology, particularly fistulae surgery, Infertility and Assisted Reproduction, Gynaecological Oncology and general Gynaecology, including reconstructive surgery. He has served as the medical director of Australian Concept Infertility Centre, and is a director and a board member at Princess Hospital.
